Our return policy reflects our belief in careful, long-lasting wardrobe curation at Dane Fashion. We encourage you to purchase Dane Fashion products only if you are certain that they will fill a necessary spot in your wardrobe and be enjoyed for years to come. Let it sit for a moment, then come back when you are ready. We will gladly assist you with any questions regarding sizing, color, or recommendations in the meantime.

For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept hassle-free returns within 30 days. Book your returns in the Returns Center using your order reference and email address or postal code associated with your order. Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (888 Homer Street Vancouver BC Canada, V6B0H7). Return labels are only provided under the following 3 circumstances: If the customer lives in BC, Canada, if the customer requests store credit or an exchange, or if the product is defective.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective or if the wrong item is delivered, so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right. We will provide a prepaid return label if the product is defective, or if the customer opts for a store credit or exchange.

Yes, all orders worldwide are eligible for FREE exchanges or store credit within 30 days of receiving the order. If you received the wrong size or your order did not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange or credit your account. You may process your exchange through our Return Center or email us. We will provide you a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back to us.

The item must be placed in the mail to send back to us within this exchange period. Any item received after the exchange period cannot be accepted. The exchanged item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all original tags.

Free shipping orders are normally shipped within three to eight business days after being received by our suppliers. Once the order(s) has been placed, it can take up to one to three weeks for it to arrive. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track its current location at any time. Check out our Shipping Policy for more information.

We ship to most countries, including Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, shipping is not available to some countries due to shipping restrictions. Please contact us if you have any questions.

At the moment, we do not offer expedited shipping.

If the package has been delivered to your house but you haven't received it, make sure you check around your house, with your neighbors, or with anyone else from your household. Free shipping orders are shipped with YunExpress. It takes an average of one to three weeks for our suppliers to deliver your packages. Delivery times are affected by the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other unforeseen delays. When such delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Our company works with suppliers all over the world to source high quality, customized products, so it is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.
