After your order is placed, your products will be shipped within one to three business days, and can take one or three weeks to reach you. Check out our Shipping Policy for more information.

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving the item. It is your responsibility to pay for any returns made (888 Homer Street Vancouver BC V6B 0H7). All charges can vary depending on the weight of the parcel you are returning and the returns service you select. Book your returns in the Returns Center using your order reference and email address or postcode associated with your order. Once you have processed your return, you're ready to post it off at your local post office. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.

Contact us before the order has shipped if you wish to cancel.

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective or if the wrong item is delivered, so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right. We will provide a prepaid return label if the product is defective, or if the customer opts for a store credit or exchange.

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you do not get the exact product you expected, please let us know and we'll send you a new one.

Free shipping orders are normally shipped within one to five business days after being received by our suppliers. We ship to most countries, including Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, shipping is not available to some countries due to shipping restrictions. Please contact us if you have any questions.

At checkout, you can choose expedited shipping for an additional $10 USD. After your order has been placed, please contact us right away if you would like to change your shipping preferences.

If the package has been delivered to your house but you haven't received it, make sure you check around your house, with your neighbors, or with anyone else from your household. The package might have been left in a secure location if you weren't around when it was delivered. Still can't find it? Chat with us and we'll assist you.

Free shipping orders are shipped with ePacket. It takes an average of two or three weeks for our suppliers to deliver our ePackets. Delivery times are affected by the destination of the package, customs, holidays, and other unforeseen delays. When such delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Our company works with suppliers all over the world to source high quality, customized products, so it is possible that orders that contain more than one item will ship from different locations at different times. You will receive an email update and tracking information for every possible shipment.

We are committed to delivering your products within the communicated timeframe. If you live in a remote or rural area, please allow extra time for delivery. Should your order extend beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. You can reach us within 48 hours for the best customer service. Credit or refunds will not be given for orders arriving before the latest date of arrival.
