Why is there a delay in your order?

National statutory holidays, which are taking place between September 25 and October 7, have resulted in a government mandate to shut down our factories. This will cause a delay in the production and shipping of some shoes, impacting the delivery timeline of your order by up to 2 weeks.

We assure you that we are making every effort to expedite the process and get your shoes to you as soon as possible. However, please bear in mind that the delay caused by the event may affect future orders as well.

If you are considering making a new purchase from us, we recommend taking into account the potential delay and waiting until after October 7 when the manufacturing operations resume as usual.

What about our Vancouver inventory collection?

Fortunately, our Vancouver inventory collection is not affected by this delay. We encourage you to consider purchasing from this collection if possible, as it will ensure a quicker delivery.
