    • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
    • Returns can be made for items purchased online or in-store.
    • We are unable to accept returns on final sale items, accessories, or gift cards.

    • We offer a $15USD flat rate return shipping label for customers within Canada and the USA.

  • Exchange Process:
    • Exchanges can be initiated through our Returns Center or by contacting customer support via email.
    • Package the returned item securely and take it to your local post office (or purchase our flat-rate prepaid label -see Return Shipping under Section 1: Return Policy)
    • Shipping for Exchanges:
      • We will ship the new item in the desired size and color for free, providing you with a hassle-free experience.

    •  Refund Process:
      • Visit our Returns Center on our website.
      • Book your return by providing your order reference and associated email address or postal code.
      • Package the returned item securely and take it to your local post office (or purchase our flat-rate prepaid label -see Return Shipping under Section 1: Return Policy)
      • You will receive an email notification when we receive your returned item.

    Section 4: Marked Items from Vancouver Location

    • If you have purchased a marked item from our Vancouver location, please take note of the following information: select products/product variants are eligible for FREE shipping (up to 8 business days) for orders over $75 USD (USA and Canada only, except Alaska and Hawaii). 
    • These local products are also eligible for FREE refunds and exchanges. For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept hassle-free returns within 30 days. The cost of the restocking fee for refunds, $15 USD for any number of items, will be deducted from the amount. 
    • You may waive the restocking fee by opting for an exchange/store credit or dropping off in-person at our Vancouver location. 
    • In-person drop-off/pick up option is available at our Vancouver location for added convenience.
